Tips for sellers
Things to remember when selling your property
Your property is only worth the amount someone is willing to pay for it. Do not over estimate the price of your property. If you are serious about selling, you need to take into consideration the present market as well as listening to the advice of our team at 2 Valley Properties. You need to separate your fondness for the property and assess it’s worth from a potential buyers eyes... You may like the carpet on the walls and the 1950’s ‘retro’ kitchen but other people may not!
Please make sure that you provide us with the keys for the property (and for every part of the property) or if you live in the property that we can visit at any time. We will of course always try and inform you at least 24 hours in advance of a visit.
Please make sure that your property is always left in a reasonable state of repair and cleanliness. People do not expect to smell fresh coffee and see fresh flowers but you should leave all entrances clear of snow, grass and wood piles and all pets should be kept attached or outside.
