Village farmhouse with great potential

Situated just on the outskirts of the lovely village of Le Biot, this farmhouse has been renovated into two apartments. The present occupants live on the first floor, which is raised high above the road and benefits from two large terraces. They have created another smaller apartment in one of the caves on the road level which is rented out all year round. The smaller apartment has a living room with kitchenette, two small bedrooms and a shower room. The main apartment has a spacious living area, with kitchen, dining area and sofa area. The kitchen is fully fitted, with a large aga style cooker, fridge freezer and dish washer. There are three double bedrooms, on en-suite with the bathroom, with a large shower and double sink. There is also a smaller bedroom under one the of the bedrooms which is currently used by the owners daughter, but it has restricted head height and could be used for storage. The house still has a huge barn on top of the property with the potential to be renovated into a further two apartments or to double the surface area of the large apartment. There is plenty of parking outside, the heating is fuel central heating and there is also a fireplace in the living room. All the windows are double glazed. The present owners have kept the charm of the original building and its features in keeping with the savoyard style.
