Description & Our Opinion

In a quite setting between Châtel and La Chapelle d'Abondance, “Chalet Les Pesses” is a traditionnal chalet built in 1974, then extended with a total area of 250 m². The main level is composed of a large living/dining room with a fireplace, an equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, one separate WC. The large balcony, South/West facing, is accessible from the living room, one of the bedrooms and the kitchen. Two more bedrooms are situated on the 2nd floor, one with balcony, and the other one with shower and hand basin, as well as a bathroom and a storage space. On the ground floor a sitting room is accessible from the main floor, which leads to 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower and WC, and to an apartment which can be made independent from the rest of the chalet ; it includes a living room, a small kitchen accessible from the outside ,and a bedroom and a bathroom on the mezzanine level. The boiler room (fuel oil), which is also used as a ski-room in Winter, and the utility room are also situated at this level. In the garden there is an above-ground swimming pool. The total area of the land is 1080 m².
