You can buy one or get a reduced price and buy two! These lovely chalets are situated in the sought after Vallée de la Manche. The building dates from 2005 and has been scrupulously maintained. The two chalets are the same and already have an interlinking door which could be eliminated if bought separately. Each chalet has on the ground floor its own separate entrance, a garage, laundry room, ski locker, two en-suite bedrooms, separate toilet. On the first floor is a large comfortable living area with fully fitted kitchen, dining area and sofa area with access to a balcony and wood burning stove. There is also one en-suite bedroom on this level. On the second floor under the eaves on en-suite bedroom, a mezzanine and cosy living room. Outside is a hot tub and small shed that could be made into a sauna. There is loads of parking for both chalets the location is idyllic.
