With great views of the Grande Terche, this farm is situated on the sunny side of St Jean. It has been renovated on the ground floor and comprises of a lovely traditional farmhouse kitchen, living room, two double bedrooms and a bathroom. A door from the main living area leads to the old stables being used as a cellar and boiler room. From there stairs lead up the barn at the top of the property which could be converted to double the living space. There are two parking spaces next the farm and a garden opposite, which consists of a flat plateau and then drops down steeply to the river. Quiet and idyllic, this house is but a short drive(or walk) down into the village.
