To be completed this property has loads of potential and is in a great spot, with stunning views of Lorzine and the Valley de la Manche. It was built in the 1980's, and was only bought by the present owners a few years ago, with a view to renovate. A building permit was accepted two years ago to transform this house into a magnificent chalet with the addition of an extra floor. Work was started but not finished, with the estimated cost of 150 000€ for the rest of the works. At the moment the chalet consists of an entrance which gives access to the two floors which could be separated into two apartments. On the ground floor there is a living room, an open kitchen with central work top, two bedrooms both ensuite and a dressing room. On the next floor is a large living room, room for a second kitchen and another two ensuite bedrooms.
