Located right opposite the slopes of the Col de Corbier, a small ski resort, situated between the resorts of Morzine and Chatel, this apartment is a great investment. The rental options are considerable as it is set over two floors and could be rented to two families or let out all year round. It is on the fourth floor of a building with a lift, therefore has good views from its large balcony. There is an entrance hall with storage, separate WC and bathroom with bath. The hall leads to a large open plan living area with dining area and kitchenette. The balcony leads off the living room and one of the bedrooms. There are two double bedrooms on this floor, one with built in storage. There are stairs up to the second floor with its two bedrooms, one under the eaves and another bathroom with a washing machine. The apartment comes furnished and with one outside parking space.
