Situated just a couple of kilometres from the centre of Morzine and close to the free ski bus route, this chalet is located on a quiet and sunny plateau. The chalet is spread over three floors. On the ground floor a huge living room has at its centre a quirky central fireplace. There is an open plan kitchen and a bedroom/office. The magnificent staircase in ash leads to the first floor with its three bedrooms, dressing room and a large bathroom with jacuzzi bath and hammam shower. On the second floor are two further bedrooms and a bathroom. The heating is provided by a wood chip boiler, the roof has been insulated with wood fibre insulation and all the windows are double glazed. Attached to the property is a large wooden, South facing terrace.
