Description & Our Opinion

This apartment actually fells like a small terraced house, with its own entrance in a small courtyard with three or four other apartments. The courtyard is hidden from view, down a small side street in the centre of town. The apartment comes with its own parking space. The fromt door lead into the kitchen, which is separate from the main living room. There is a toilet on this floor. The main living room has a dining area and living area with a staircase that leads to a small mezzanine. Off this mezzanine is a bathroom and double bedroom. It has a balcony off of the living area and is being sold furnished.
